Creating an enduring architectonic metaphor of a western sensibility (icon) that is representative of value systems around which the historical wave of colonialism is built. Water oozes out of and from the top of the structure which slowly dissolves. Suspended within the structure is an exact replica of the conquistador armour worn by the Spanish armies of the time. Once the structure dissolves the military uniform will remain.
